Some clients have their own corporate monitoring centers while others depend on a third party to provide monitoring of alarms and other critical infrastructure. For clients who do not staff and maintain their own control center, we provide the right solution. We use a professionally staffed UL listed monitoring center that is an established entity in the market. Their monitoring is performed by two multi-redundant, hardened Command Centers and one secure Hosted Customer Care Center, all staffed 24/7/365. That means that reliability is both theirs and our focus – All of the time.
